Yonsei Physio Home Rehabilitation Center — Brand Brochure
A single piece of print that captures the trust of medically-trained rehabilitation specialists visiting patients at home.
Project Overview
Yonsei Physio is a specialized service where physical therapists and rehabilitation experts visit patients' homes to deliver 1:1 personalized rehabilitation programs. MEDISEENET designed and produced a tri-fold brochure as the core offline communication asset for the brand.

Background
Home Rehabilitation — Still an Unfamiliar Category
Home-visit rehabilitation is a rapidly growing segment in Korea, yet it remains an unfamiliar concept to most consumers.
The primary audience — elderly patients and their caregivers — often has limited digital access, making offline print materials essential for introducing the service at hospitals, care facilities, and community centers.
Three Key Messages to Deliver
- Expertise — Rehabilitation specialists with clinical backgrounds visit you directly
- Trust — Systematic, ongoing care rather than one-off sessions
- Accessibility — One phone call or one QR scan to get started
Design Strategy
1. Color — The Blue of Medical Trust
We committed to blue as the brand's primary color — a hue traditionally associated with trust and expertise in healthcare.
The back cover is saturated in solid blue to maximize logo and QR code visibility,
ensuring instant brand recognition even when multiple brochures are displayed side by side.
2. Imagery — Visualizing "Warm Expertise"
The cover features a therapist caring for a wheelchair-using patient outdoors in nature, rather than a clinical indoor scene.
This choice reframes rehabilitation not as a continuation of treatment, but as a journey back to everyday life.
3. Information Hierarchy — A Flow Designed Around the Tri-fold
We mapped the reader's attention to the tri-fold structure:
- Cover — Brand imprint (name, tagline, visual)
- Inside — Service details (programs, care scope, specialist profiles)
- Back — Conversion trigger (logo, QR, main contact number)
Rather than scattering information, the layout creates a natural flow: first impression → understanding → action.
Key Production Highlights
An O2O Funnel Built Around the QR Code
To ensure the brochure doesn't end up as a "read-and-discard" piece,
we placed a QR code linking to the homepage on the back cover.
When caregivers scan the code at home, they're taken directly to the consultation and booking page — turning offline interest into a measurable digital conversion.
A Fixed Spot for the Main Phone Number
The main contact number is anchored at the bottom of the back cover,
ensuring that elderly caregivers unfamiliar with digital tools can call immediately.
This QR (digital) + phone number (analog) dual-channel approach is the core of the conversion design.
Deployment
The finished brochure is ready for immediate use across these channels:
- Hospital waiting rooms and reception desks
- Partner medical institutions (orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation)
- Nursing homes and adult day care centers
- Local community welfare centers
- Sales and consultation meetings as a brand introduction piece
MEDISEENET's Perspective
"Great print isn't beautifully designed paper — it's the opening sentence of a brand's first conversation."
The Yonsei Physio brochure wasn't just about making attractive print material.
It was about answering a harder question: How do we help someone understand an unfamiliar service in 10 seconds, and act on it with a single gesture?
MEDISEENET continues to design integrated brand communication assets that carry a consistent message across every touchpoint of a medical brand.
